Our probate practice has a particular emphasis on probate disputes related to the conduct of fiduciaries. Fiduciaries are people, such as conservators, executors, administrators, agents, and trustees, who have a duty to put the interests of the people whom they serve before their own interests.

Probate Court

My colleagues and I are available to represent people in probate disputes in all 54 probate courts throughout the State of Connecticut.

We primarily handle four types of probate proceedings:

We are available to represent people in matters related to probate disputes in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut.

We are also available to represent people in appeals from the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut to the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
