Our probate practice has a particular emphasis on probate disputes related to the conduct of fiduciaries. Fiduciaries are people, such as conservators, executors, administrators, agents, and trustees, who have a duty to put the interests of the people whom they serve before their own interests.
My colleagues and I are available to represent people in probate disputes in all 54 probate courts throughout the State of Connecticut.
We primarily handle four types of probate proceedings:
